Client Manager
Jo Wood Virtual FD Ltd has experienced exponential growth since it started in April 2019.
We now have a very exciting opportunity and are seeking a client manager to join our team.
Salary and Job Package
Depending on experience (FTE) - a minimum of 25 hours per week up to 35 hours. Ideally, hours will be 9-5, but this is negotiable for the right candidate. The role is home- based.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage your own list of clients.
Work to deadlines for clients every month in time for their monthly management meeting and other deadlines.
Aim for daily/weekly bookkeeping reconciliations.

Liaising with clients and requesting missing information. May be over email or zoom meetings. Being involved in monthly meetings with clients and Director.
Deal with client requests for information and draft management information such as cashflow forecasts and budgets. (Additional training provided if necessary.)

Bookkeeping to fully reconciled trial balance, including stock adjustments, income in advance and Corporation Tax provision (Additional training provided if necessary.)
Act as client’s first point of call. Provide excellent service support and advice in a proactive manner to clients.

Tailor the way you work to the needs of the client. This may require accessing and utilising information from client software.

Review and explain monthly management accounts to clients
​
Other responsibilities may include making bank payments, raising invoices and credit control on behalf of clients

Desirable Knowledge / Experience
Experience in practice (2 years minimum)
AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent
Xero experience
Excellent practical application of VAT and allowable expenses
